đź“… How It Works & Booking Tips
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for popular dates like weekends and holidays, as those time slots fill up quickly. Last-minute online rentals may still be available!
How do I book?
Everything is done entirely online! Just browse our website, add items to your online cart, and submit your reservation request.
Why is my booking a "reservation request"?
No payment is captured at checkout. Our team quickly reviews your order details to ensure everything aligns perfectly for your event, then emails you a secure invoice link once officially approved.
How do I secure my items?
Once your invoice link is sent, your items are held for 24 hours. To lock in your dates, both the security deposit and full payment must be paid within that 24-hour window before the hold automatically expires.
How long do I get my rentals?
Our standard base rate covers 2 calendar days for a stress-free setup and cleanup day! We are open 7 days a week with full-day hours during the week and morning-only hours on the weekend. Need them longer? Multi-day discounts automatically apply during the booking process.
What if an item shows as unavailable online?
Please contact us! We may have upcoming availability offline and will do everything in our power to find a solution to help you host a successful event.
đźš— Pickup & Delivery
How does the Free DIY Pickup work?
All pickups and returns are via Express Curbside Handoff in North Liberty, IA. A few days before your event, we will email your specific appointment instructions.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. All pickups, deliveries, and returns are strictly by appointment only. We do not have a public storefront, and we are unable to accommodate early arrivals or “walk-ins”.
What if I am running late or need to change my time?
Please reach out as soon as possible if your schedule changes so we can check our availability. We offer a 15-minute grace period for appointments. Arriving 15–30 minutes late results in a late fee of $1.00 per minute (up to $15.00). Arriving more than 30 minutes late is considered a no-show and results in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
What kind of vehicle do I need?
Your transport space must be clear, clean, and free of debris. Please bring moving blankets, padding, and/or heavy-duty straps to secure your load. We reserve the right to refuse loading if the vehicle cannot safely accommodate the equipment.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. You can select the delivery option during online checkout to verify your location and see your custom mileage-based rate.
Is setup/teardown included?
No. Standard delivery covers ground-level drop-off and pickup to an easily accessible area, like a driveway, garage, or loading dock. If you need setup or teardown assistance, please add a note to your online reservation request so we can include this custom service on your invoice.

How does the security deposit work?
Once your event concludes and the equipment passes inspection, your refund is initiated within3 business days.
What if I need to cancel?
More than 72 Hours Notice: 100% refund of both your deposit and rental fees.
Less than 72 Hours / No-Show: The security deposit is retained, but 100% of your rental fees are fully refunded.

What if it rains?
Weather monitoring is the renter’s responsibility. Because most of our rentals can be used indoors, no weather-related refunds are provided outside of our standard cancellation policy.
✨ Care & Condition
Do I need to clean the items?
Yes. Items must be returned clean, dry, and free of food, mud, or tape. Please repack everything neatly into its original bins or bags (if applicable).Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee starting at $25.00.
What if an item arrives damaged or missing?
We take great pride in ensuring every order is clean, complete, and party-ready. Please inspect your items and email us about any issues within 2 hours of pickup/delivery so we can fix it immediately. Damage reported after this time cannot be covered as prior damage.
