How It All Started

Like many families in our community, we love a good get-together—but not everyone has the extra space to store a party's worth of tables, chairs, and games. We saw a real need for a friendly, local service that makes neighborhood hosting easy, reliable, and completely clutter-free.

Our professional backgrounds taught us exactly how to manage those logistics. Keshia has spent nearly 25 years serving others in healthcare, bringing a deep passion for helping people, sharp attention to detail, and a strong knack for organization. John previously owned and operated his own business in the Quad Cities before moving to North Liberty, and later managed a high-volume grocery store. When the pandemic hit, John made the transition to stay home to care for our children full-time while also serving as a dedicated personal shopper for members of our community. That unique period of family reflection brought a renewed sense of entrepreneurship and a strong desire to build a business of his own once again.

Today, we manage our household and this business closely together, combining our passion for helping others with our small-business and management experience. We are proud to build a service that directly contributes to the joy, connection, and seamless hosting of our community.

As a nod to Keshia's dedicated career in healthcare, Corridor Party Rentals—or CPR for short—was born. We like to say we are your lifeline to a great time!
